Are deposits refundable?
All deposits are non refundable.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead, especially in high season (November–April). WhatsApp us for same-day availability.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Just yourself. We provide towels, robes, and premium oils and products. Arrive 10 minutes early to unwind before your session.
Do you offer mobile / in-villa services?
Yes — our therapists can come to your villa, yacht, or hotel anywhere on Antigua. Contact us for mobile rates.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment are fully refundable. Later cancellations incur a 50% fee.
Are your therapists certified?
Every therapist is ITEC certified (International Therapy Examination Council) with a minimum of five years of professional experience.
